Private & personal
A small, hands-on class. Just your group, Victoria, and plenty of time to ask questions.
A warm, hands-on 3-hour class: make fresh fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu, then eat it all with wine. Taught in English, steps from the Arena.
Come for the pasta, stay for the people. A shared table where travellers meet, cook and make friends.
Ristorante Rubiani, next to the Verona Arena
You’ll start with a glass of welcome Prosecco, then roll up your sleeves. With Victoria beside you, make fresh fettuccine and delicate ravioli from scratch, mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping it all by hand.
You’ll also whisk up authentic, original Italian tiramisu: the real recipe, no shortcuts. Then the best part, sit down and eat everything you made, paired with local wine, and take home printed recipes so the magic follows you back to your kitchen.
Participants: standard classes 6 to 15. Private groups and corporate events up to 20–30 on request.
Everything here is built around warmth, good food, and time well spent.

We had the best time. We booked this for my friend’s birthday and she really enjoyed it! Victoria (our teacher) was so lovely, great at teaching, and the whole experience was very fun.
My family and I had a lovely experience with Victoria! Our kids are still talking about the experience and the tiramisu we made. Highly recommend her: knowledgeable, charming and kind, and very patient with children.
Victoria was AMAZING! She made the whole experience incredible. The food was great and she made it easy and fun. Highly recommend, and especially Victoria!
This lovely class taught us the special art of handmade pasta, along with a tiramisu dish. A relaxing pace, beautiful restaurant atmosphere, and helpful teachers. We ate what we cooked. Delicious!
Absolutely loved this. Giulia was a great teacher and made it a really nice, relaxed experience. Learned loads and the food tasted amazing.
Nika was a great host and instructor, very kind and patient, encouraging along the way. A good mix of watching, learning and hands-on cooking. Lunch after was amazing. Great for all ages.
We did the class with our two kids (3 & 5), one with a milk intolerance. They catered for us fantastically, and Giulia was great. Fantastic activity!
Great interactive class with wine, laughter and learning. In fact, it was the best tiramisu we had in Verona!
Simply wow! Everything was great: fettuccine, ravioli, wine, prosecco, tiramisu, limoncello, ice cream… everything to make the experience tutto bene!
Thank you, Nika, for the lovely evening! We had a lot of fun cooking and later eating together with the other guests.
Tell us when you’d like to come and who’s joining. We’ll do the rest.
